Connect Instagram account

Once you installed InsPixie app via Shopify app store, the first step is connect your Instagram account. Please note, you should make sure the type of your Instagram account is personal or business(creator) and click the correct connect button.

Once you connect to your Instagram account, this section will be displayed as the following status:

Change Instagram account

InsPixie app only supports to connect one Instagram account, so if you want to change to connect a different account, please click the "Disconnect" button and go to Instagram.com, log out the current account and log in with the new account again, then go back to app page and click the "Connect" button to re-connect.

Disconnect and delete the account

Click "Disconnect" button, your Instagram auth information will be delete from the app database, and the account will be disconnected.

Next, add app block to your shop

Navigate to Online shop > Themes page, click "Customize" to enter into the site editor screen.

Add a new section and click "Apps" tab, you will see InsPixie blocks in the list. Now just add the block to your page and configure the settings as normal. The block will display the newest media items by default.

Not only display the latest published media by default, InsPixie app also provides the advance usage for displaying the media. Please continue to learn more in the next page.
